Sand Giga Tote

This extremely spacious yet lightweight tote is made from the highest quality, responsibly sourced waxed cotton. Whether rain or shine, this bag is a practical accessory which will stand the test of time.

Crafted by the Kate Sheridan team, the pattern is skillfully cut then sewn in rural Suffolk before being sent to Clapton in London to hand-paint the handle edges and attach them to the bag.

Its water-resistant waxed cotton in a soft Sand colourway has a slightly antiqued, distressed appearance with intentional creasing and it includes sturdy, vegetable tanned leather bridle handles. The cloth is sourced from an independent business in Dundee with over 150 years' experience in creating waxed cotton using quality craftsmanship and sustainable practices.

The tote is finished with equally durable Italian brass hardware with side poppers you can adjust to make the bag smaller or larger. There's a strong magnetic brass button for closing and the inside includes a large slip pocket for valuables.

If you need to clean the bag, we recommend sponging the area with water, and mud or dirt should be left to dry before being brushed off. The bag can be re-waxed in future to make it last for generations to come.
