Kathryn will share her knowledge of each herb, explaining why it’s good for you and what it mixes best with before you test, taste and create your own blend.
Just a handful of the ingredients you’ll get a chance to experiment with are chamomile, nettles, yarrow, ginger root, spearmint, rosehips, and cloves.
