Bringing together local makers and like-minded creatives from Scotland and beyond is at the heart of our mission here at Òr. We're hosting in-person events and workshops at our stores on the Isle of Skye where you can learn new skills, chat to makers, and celebrate our milestones with us. We'd love to see you there!

Folklore Lino Print Workshop

Scottish artist Abbie Lois will help you bring folklore stories to life in our three-hour lino print workshop. You'll have the opportunity to print your very own folklore-inspired design onto an artwork or tote bag.

To inspire you, Abbie will be bringing along plenty of reference books and artworks on Gaelic myths, legends, and folk stories and lyrics surrounding our magical, misty Isle of Skye.

We'll be providing plenty of fizz throughout the evening as well as lots of homemade treats, including our Anna's famous cinnamon buns! You'll also receive a few little gifts from us as a thank you for your support.
