We offer free delivery on orders over £75.


Shipping to EU/EAA countries is charged at £15.95.

Please note any VAT, duties and custom import charges are the responsibility of the customer. You may be required to pay these before your order is delivered.


Shipping to Canada and the USA is charged at £24.95.


We offer the option for your order to be collected from our store at The Green in Portree. Please select the collection option at checkout. Collections will normally be available within 24 hours from Monday - Friday. Please note we do not offer a collection service on the weekend.


Returns Policy

Returns Policy: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in the original packaging with labels attached.
  • All packaging should be intact and in re-saleable condition. Do not use the product packaging as the outer packaging to avoid damage.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at within 30 days of receiving your item to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond with approval and further instructions within 3 business days.
  3. Send Your Item: Ship the item to the following address: Òr The Green Portree IV51 9BT. Please ensure the item is shipped back to us within 7 days after receiving return approval.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent it in error.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Processing Time for Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Proof of Postage:

  • We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your return shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Returning online purchase in store

You may also return website purchases to our store at The Green. Please bring the items you would like to return along with your order number and we will be happy to assist. Please note we can only accept returns during weekday opening hours Monday - Friday.


Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:
  • Magazines
  • Cards
  • Wrapping paper
  • Earrings
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
  • Personal care goods (such as soap and beauty products)

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
