We offer free delivery on orders over £75.
Shipping to EU/EAA countries is charged at £15.95.
Please note any VAT, duties and custom import charges are the responsibility of the customer. You may be required to pay these before your order is delivered.
Shipping to Canada and the USA is charged at £24.95.
CollectionWe offer the option for your order to be collected from our store at The Green in Portree. Please select the collection option at checkout. Collections will normally be available within 24 hours from Monday - Friday. Please note we do not offer a collection service on the weekend.
Returns PolicyWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original condition and packaging, including any labels which must remain attached. If your return is accepted, The cost of returning any item is at the Customer's own expense. The only exception to this is if the item is faulty or was sent by us in error. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs incurred when purchasing your items are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of that shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
All packaging should be intact and in re-saleable condition. Do not use the product packaging as the outer packaging and this will render it damaged and unsuitable for resale.
We would recommend that you obtain proof of purchase and we do not take responsibility for the item while it is in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returning online purchase in storeYou may also return website purchases to our store at The Green. Please bring the items you would like to return along with your order number and we will be happy to assist. Please note we can only accept returns during weekday opening hours Monday - Friday.
Exceptions/non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned:
- Wrapping paper
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)
- Personal care goods (such as soap and beauty products)
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
