Espresso Mug - Kelp

With its slightly speckled clay and mustard-brown glaze, this handmade mug is ideal for anyone who enjoys a strong espresso.

Crafted by Skíō Pottery, a local, family-run team of two who create hand-thrown, small-batch ceramics. The Kelp colourway is inspired by the ceramicist's local landscape on the Isle of Skye and is thrown from durable stoneware clay with a chunky crescent-shaped handle attached by hand. 

The unique glaze features inside the mug and the majority of the outside for a smooth, matte finish, while the bottom is left unglazed for a natural look. The base is hand-stamped with Skíō Pottery to finish.

Every piece is handmade which means each mug is unique and will vary slightly. 

Measures approximately 7 x 10cm. Dishwasher safe.
