The colour of this unisex Catkin hat is representative of the sea fog, or 'haar' as we call it in Scotland, when it rolls in to shore.

With its soft pure lambswool yarn, 4-ply chunky ribbed design and peaked silhouette, alongside its hazy brushed woollen finish, this beanie hat has both a comfortable fit and stylish look which is easy to match with any outfit.

Designed by textile expert Hilary Grant who has ensured the entire making process takes place in Scotland, with yarns spun and dyed in Kinross, and knitting and hand-finishing in Ayrshire. Its luxurious finish is achieved with a special brushing process which lifts the fibres to create the soft, hazy, cloud-like appearance.
