Bloom Line I Print

£30.00
This beautiful print handmade by Glasgow artist Mandy Maria depicts Bennachie, one of the most iconic scenes in Aberdeenshire.
Its strongly associated with folklore in the local area, where giants are said to have dwelled in the mountain, throwing boulders when enraged. It's also famous for providing shelter to the local people for thousands of year with its hilltop fort carved into the rockface and the stone which was quarried to create houses.

Mandy creates her own pastel pigments using minerals from the land to 'draw mountains with the mountains', giving each print a strong sense of place.

This signed and numbered giclée print uses archival quality Somerset 225gsm radiant white paper which is cotton and acid-free.

Prints come packaged flat on board wrapped in cellophane or rolled in a tube. Unframed. A4 size.
