These beautiful watercolour mugs are handmade by scottish potter Caitlin Bowbeer currently based in Edinburgh.
They are a final batch created especially for Òr. They have a beautiful texture and a wonderful weight to them and one of my favourite mugs for that first cup of the day!
Caitlin is originally from the West Coast of Scotland who’s approach to ceramics has predominantly form and function at the forefront. Caitlin draws inspiration from both traditional and contemporary interior design as well as colour palettes found in coastal and rural Scotland. Most recently Caitlin has been working with simple forms and glazes, alongside illustrative elements and narratives based on Scottish history, nature and folklore.
Measures approximately 8cm Tall x 9cm Wide (excluding handle), and can hold 300ml. Due to its handmade nature no two items are exactly alike and may vary on size, design and colour. Making every piece unique.
