The Skye Sand Oil Burner Wax Melter is part of a collaboration between Òr and Julija Pustovrh of Emporium Julium, an Edinburgh based potter.
Building on Julija’s collection Sandscapes, these oil burners incorporate sand from Talisker Bay on the Isle of Skye. Each piece is hand thrown using mixed recycled clay giving it a beautiful tactile surface. Each burner is glazed only on the top where the oils and wax would burn.
Each piece has Julija's makers mark hand stamped on the bottom. Due to its handmade nature no two items are alike, making every piece unique.
